The West’s Descent Into Darkness: How Those Who Claimed to Defend Democracy Turned Surveillance, Torture, and Control Into an Artform

Having studied authoritarian regimes and their methods, including their crimes against individuals, I am acutely aware of their tactics. I have read Solzhenitsyn and other writers who exposed the brutal realities of totalitarian control. While I have spent most of my life in the West, recognizing its inherent hypocrisies and contradictions, I never imagined experiencing a level of surveillance and control that rivals even the most oppressive autocracies. Yet, that is precisely what is happening

Here in Australia, a dystopian reality has emerged, surpassing even the dark visions of Orwell and Kafka. An unseen force, seemingly wielding an electromagnetic weapon, follows and targets me. I believe those responsible include elements within the Australian secret intelligence services, defense intelligence, military contractors, and their corporate partners. They appear to operate with impunity, their power unchecked, inflicting constant harm.

Currently, I am experiencing these attacks at the State Library of Victoria, with intense EMF causing me physical pain. These attacks occur in public spaces, in homes—there is no sanctuary. These are the new autocrats, operating within a system that purports to be a democracy.

They have influenced the courts, institutions, and those in positions of power. Seeking redress is futile, and those who should offer protection often become complicit. My own legal cases demonstrate this absurdity.

I have written extensively about how this occurs, how irrationality and public apathy enable these ongoing crimes. Victims are repeatedly violated, and their accounts of these experiences are often met with disbelief. The cruelty is so extreme, the immorality so profound, that it defies comprehension.

I have written extensively about these things—how they get away with it all, how madness, irrationality, and public apathy have enabled their crimes to continue unchecked. Victims are violated over and over again. Every time they speak out about the sheer insanity of what is being done to them, they are met with disbelief.

The cruelty is so outlandish, the immorality so profound, that people refuse to accept it as reality.

I am reminded of Grey Souls by Philippe Claudel, where one of the condemned—wrongly, I believe—recounts his story, only to be met with disbelief. He describes it as if his sentence had been passed a second time.

This is precisely what happens to the victims of these crimes. Their suffering is not just inflicted once, but endlessly repeated—every time they are dismissed, ignored, or ridiculed. The disbelief itself becomes part of the persecution.

These realities are so absurd, so profoundly out of place, that one can’t help but shake their head at the sheer ridiculousness of it all.

Wait a minute—this is a land that claims to stand for freedom, human rights, the rule of law, and constitutional protections. Yet in practice, it has become a lawless wasteland of gangstalking, absurdity, and unchecked authoritarianism.”

They command an entire army of gangsters—yes, gangsters—both on foot and in cars, carrying out actions that make no sense whatsoever.

To call what they do stupid would be an insult to the word. Likewise, to label their actions as merely immoral, cruel, or sadistic would fail to capture the sheer depravity of their conduct. No word seems adequate to describe the depths of their sickness.

One thing, however, is always clear: these are men suffering from an egregious case of arrested development—men who are, at their core, emotionally stunted children. But even that comparison is unfair to children.

It is difficult to reconcile the reality of these profoundly sick individuals—people who have been granted unchecked power over the most vulnerable—with anything resembling reason. And they use this power as if there is no tomorrow, without restraint or consequence.

No place is sacred.
Not your home.
Not the library.
Not the offices of politicians.
Not the courts.

They will attack you anywhere. There are no limits—because no one is stopping them.

For over a year now, I have written extensively about this reality. But today, I want to focus on the surveillance aspect—or more precisely, the profound misperception surrounding it.

What is said about surveillance and what people actually understand are two entirely different things. People often discuss surveillance—whether legal or illegal—but in my case, and in the case of countless others, this is not mere surveillance. Not even the most extreme form of it.

It is something far beyond that.

What is happening is total control—absolute control—which also includes total surveillance.

How should we define it? Extreme surveillance and control—both equally extreme? Even that might not fully capture it. This is about erasing the will of individuals completely. They are stripped of autonomy, rendered as nothing more than controlled subjects. They no longer exist as independent beings.

Through long-term manipulation and deception, intelligence agencies have engineered a system of total control over innocent people—people who have committed no crime whatsoever.

They schemed, plotted, and maneuvered until they crafted this dystopian reality—one that now operates in plain sight, hidden only by the blindness of those unwilling to see it.

The victims have never been accused of any crimes, nor have they committed any. They have no connection to terrorism, pose no threat to national security—nothing. Yet, they have been placed under extreme 24/7 surveillance—not by legitimate law enforcement, but by gangsters operating under state protection.

How did this happen? They created a list—a so-called terrorist watch list.

Within this list, there are specific classifications—Schedule 3 and 4—marked as "Non-Investigative Subjects." These individuals have been placed on these lists without cause, without due process. They are not under investigation, nor have they done anything to justify such a designation.

Yet, they are being used.

• Used to generate business from their suffering.

• Used as non-consensual test subjects for weapons and biological experiments.

• Used as expendable fodder for a system that thrives on their misery.

These government agencies have become criminal enterprises, running a covert industry of human exploitation. They operate under the guise of national security while, in reality, conducting unauthorized human experimentation and weapons testing on innocent people.

And they know it’s illegal. That’s why they operate in the shadows, wielding extreme control while pretending they don’t exist.

Their influence goes far beyond surveillance. They control their victims’ financial accounts, online platforms, phones, computers—every aspect of their lives.

I am one of these victims. All of my accounts, including my Substack, are completely controlled by a group linked to the Australian secret intelligence agencies, including defense intelligence, military contractors, and their corporate allies.

These groups have been harassing, assaulting, and persecuting me for a long time. It began long before I realized what was happening—before I could even comprehend the madness unfolding around me.

Before I was aware, they were burglarizing my home, tampering with my belongings, and altering my computers.

They destroyed two laptops and a tablet by compromising both the hardware and software.

One laptop remains, but it is infected with a persistent rootkit virus, giving them total control. At this point, it is practically useless.

But it doesn’t stop there. They have destroyed nearly everything in my apartment. There isn’t a single item in my home that hasn’t been sabotaged.

This isn’t surveillance. This is enslavement.

Yet, change is coming.

I don’t know when, but I hope justice catches up with them. The monsters who did this must be held accountable.

And people must never forget how easily tyranny creeps in when they look away.

Sorry for the silence over the past few days. For those of you following my Substack, I haven’t been writing much lately due to ongoing legal battles—my case against my landlord, the case against Amazon, and the case against ANZ.

My case against the landlord (Case Reference: 590/24) has been dragged through an absurd process. VCAT held multiple hearings on jurisdiction despite the landlord providing inadequate proof of residency. They ultimately struck out my case based on the same insufficient evidence they previously deemed inadequate. Worse still, they improperly referred the matter to the Magistrates' Court, sidestepping my right to reinstatement. I am actively challenging this blatant miscarriage of justice.

My case against Amazon (Case Reference: C191/2025) involves tampered electronic devices—including a Chromebook and RF meters—that were manipulated before delivery, rendering them unsafe or dysfunctional. VCAT initially claimed my request for an urgent injunction didn’t meet their criteria, but when I challenged their reasoning, they pivoted to a fee waiver dispute. Now, they appear to be using procedural tricks to block the case from progressing.

My case against ANZ, submitted in person on 10 December 2024, has been met with complete silence. Despite multiple follow-ups, VCAT has failed to acknowledge or confirm that the case is being processed. This case involves financial interference, unauthorized transactions, and ANZ’s complicity in allowing third-party access to my account. Their actions have directly contributed to my economic hardship, yet VCAT has done nothing to advance the case.

These cases illustrate a disturbing pattern of obstruction, procedural games, and outright denial of justice. I will keep fighting and will not be deterred.

Another reason I haven’t been writing as much is the complete control over my account and the sabotage of my attempts to monetize it. I’ve been forced to pause that for the moment, but I will try again soon. For now, I will return the funds to those who have already paid.

Given my lack of control over my own account, writing under these conditions is far from ideal, so I must work on regaining control first.
