The Subversion of Justice: How the Erosion of Constitutional Protections and Human Rights Enabled a Criminal Takeover
E. Lemma, PhD., Melbourne, Australia
We find ourselves trapped in an inescapable paradox—a Catch-22 that stands as the mother of all Catch-22s. This is particularly true when it comes to laws that subvert constitutional protections and human rights, primarily in the U.S. but also mirrored across the Five Eyes nations and the broader West. These laws are shrouded in such secrecy that their inner workings are virtually impenetrable. If, for instance, you are subjected to abuses under one of the many laws enacted post-9/11—or even earlier—you are required to demonstrate precisely how you have been harmed. However, due to the classified nature of these laws, and with knowledge of their specifics in some cases being considered a felony, providing such proof is often impossible.
Thus, even if you have evidence, you cannot present it. As I mentioned, merely possessing such evidence could, in some cases, be deemed a criminal offense. Consequently, those being abused—whose constitutional and human rights are being flagrantly disregarded, often in plain sight—have no realistic option of taking their case to court and prevailing.
What’s more, as part of these illegal laws—yes, illegal, because no one has the right to curtail constitutional and human rights—you cannot legitimately enact such laws in a democratic country, at least not in one that claims to be democratic. Yet these laws have granted abusers extraordinary leeway. Victims face additional hurdles: the abusers are granted illegitimate powers to surveil them, break into their homes, steal from them, sabotage their belongings, and more. Who would enact laws that effectively transform government agencies into criminal enterprises? Yet that is precisely what was done in the U.S. and elsewhere, not just for years but for decades.
This is the impossible predicament faced by countless individuals—potentially hundreds of thousands, even millions—who are trapped in a legal limbo with no means of escape. Many have been placed on secret lists without their knowledge, with no way to challenge their inclusion, as access to these lists is completely restricted. Simply being on such a list exposes them to a wide range of abuses perpetrated by multiple government agencies. These organizations operate under a veil of secrecy, making it virtually impossible for victims to challenge or even document the violations they endure. And these abuses occur anywhere and everywhere—at home, in public, or wherever these agencies choose to operate.
With all this and more, it is not an exaggeration to say that, despite living in the twenty-first century, in many ways, we have regressed to a darker era. Instead of enlightenment and protections for the vulnerable, we are witnessing the creation of ever more insidious ways to circumvent constitutional safeguards and subject individuals to unimaginable abuses—in countries that, ironically, pride themselves on democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. These ideals have become nothing more than hollow pronouncements.
The very agencies tasked with upholding security—the CIA, FBI, DOD, and so on along military contractors, and their corporate allies—and their counterparts in the Five Eyes nations, including my own country, Australia, appear to have been granted unchecked power to target citizens, subject them to non-consensual experiments, and drive them to despair and destruction—all with impunity.
This is all deeply sick—and utterly sickening. Because of these perversions, millions around the world, including myself, are being subjected to egregious abuses 24/7.
Allow me to digress for a moment—actually, for a little while—because there are a few things I need to convey, including some points I’ve written about in both long and short form earlier. First, I want to address the reactions to what I wrote yesterday. Specifically, I want to thank all of you for expressing your concerns, asking how you can help, and offering your support. I truly appreciate it more than I can express.
That said, however, I cannot honestly say I’m alright. How could I be when I’m being abused by a group of people with virtually unlimited resources? None of the others who are also being abused by these groups could say they are alright—and for the same reason. They are being impoverished, gangstalked, and relentlessly attacked by DEWs and other technologies, day in and day out. Of course, they’re not alright; they cannot be. None of us are. We need help, and we all need it desperately. But here lies the tragedy—there is very little help to be found, at least not officially. They’ve structured the system so that help is virtually non-existent. In fact, seeking help might even be inviting further abuse.
Our countries have been hijacked by entities that gained power under the guise of protecting us from terrorism and enhancing national security. Using these promises, they subverted constitutional protections and human rights safeguards, enacting egregiously unfair laws that only a billionaire—or someone equally powerful—might have a chance of fighting. But let’s be clear: they wouldn’t touch a billionaire anyway. They are cowards who prefer to target the poor and the vulnerable. And if you happen to have a little, they’ll make sure to destroy it covertly, leaving you penniless before they start attacking you.
I've stated this before, but it bears repeating: those who gained power under the guise of protecting us from terrorism have become the greatest threat themselves. They claim their actions enhance national security, but there is no greater danger to national security than groups who mislead the public to usurp power and then abuse the very people they are sworn to protect.
There is no terrorist as relentless, as devoid of remorse, as profoundly unethical, and as cruel as those who have amassed power through deception and now use it to terrorize the population. They have targeted women, children, the elderly, the young—all indiscriminately. Their actions have driven some to premature death, others to criminal acts out of sheer desperation, and still others to institutionalization.
I've received correspondence suggesting a focus on the role of national governments, particularly those of the Five Eyes nations (excluding the U.S.)—namely the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand—in perpetuating these deeply inhuman, unconstitutional, and thus illegal activities. It’s worth recalling an article I wrote a few weeks ago about the UKUSA Agreement. Although it was signed in 1946, the leaders of Australia didn’t fully understand its implications until 1973, when Whitlam demanded transparency, highlighting the complexities of the power dynamics. I think it’s a misnomer to call them the Five Eyes, as I mentioned in the article—it's really one eye, with the others simply following suit. Otherwise, there would be a stick. I wrote about how they have now developed an electromagnetic prod that can generate various pain stimuli, which could be used on them—either literally or metaphorically.
My main point here is that this gross violation of human rights appears to be spearheaded by U.S. intelligence agencies, primarily the CIA and FBI, with involvement from the Department of Defense (DOD). Other countries likely have little choice in the matter and may face significant pressure to comply. This doesn’t absolve them of responsibility, and undoubtedly, some of the countries within these alliances may participate enthusiastically.
However, it’s important to recognize that not all governments are equally culpable. In fact, I would suggest that many governments likely find these actions reprehensible, as they are not all devoid of empathy or run by psychopaths. Nevertheless, they may find themselves in a difficult position, constrained in their ability to oppose these powerful agencies and the U.S. influence behind them.
So, what is to be done? First and foremost, the criminal activities of the agencies in the five countries—those who bow to the CIA and the phony laws used to perpetuate these criminal acts—must be exposed. The public needs to be made aware. National governments have a responsibility to curtail these actions with all their might.
We understand that they may fear taking action, concerned about these entities plotting against them, among other things. But publicity is the cure for all of this. People need to come forward and speak out about what is really happening. These criminal acts must be stopped. Otherwise, if we leave it to the politicians, nothing will change. What’s more, we cannot blame them entirely; it is a question of survival, and they have chosen their own course. That is all.
While that is the overall picture, most likely accurate, the psychopaths operating in this country, Australia, must not be allowed to escape justice. They are operating illegally, engaged in a criminal conspiracy. The laws they are acting under are unconstitutional, they are illegal and thus every one of them participating in these criminal acts is, in fact, a criminal. They cannot, and must not, get away with it. They are shielded by their connection to Uncle CIA, and the influence of the US, who helped design a perverse law and other mechanisms that allow them to escape accountability and engage in cruelty and sadism as they have been, with impunity.
That was the dream of psychopaths coming true all at once. They are free to attack innocent people in their homes, free to attack people in libraries, free to attack people in the streets, and even in public offices while performing official duties, such as attending court. They are free to pervert the course of the law—and more, much more. These extreme narcissists and psychopaths live in a heaven of their own making, a paradise for them, where all they ever wanted to abuse others and get away with it!
I would not have believed any of the things I’ve experienced if they had been related to me by others. As a man who has read widely, I find it extremely difficult to express the utter heartlessness and sickening criminality of the Australian operatives who have been abusing me for over a year now. They’ve been committing these acts for much longer, and they are sick—the sickest of the sick. Having experienced some of the things they do, it’s hard to believe they are human, not some sort of beast. It’s truly difficult to comprehend the cold-blooded cruelty they inflict upon innocent people.
Well, that was all my digression, but I haven’t finished yet. I have to be quick as I’m running out of time. Coming back to those who have expressed a desire to help—thank you, I appreciate it very much. But I have to say two things.
The first one is in regard to psychological well-being. I’ve been telling everyone to build an inner citadel, a place where they can go to escape the abuses, a place where they can compose themselves and come back stronger. It would be hypocritical of me not to engage in the same practice. I have such a place that I continually nurture, and I go to it to find composure whenever I need to. Thus, I am okay in that regard. I am strong, as strong as ever.
The second thing I want to mention is in regard to financial circumstances. I have very limited resources at the moment. Therefore, I am planning to activate a payment system within the next couple of days or so. It would be great if those who are able to afford it could pledge monthly subscription payments or make one-time donations, whatever suits them. However, there will be no paywall or anything like that; everything will be fully accessible to all.
I would have liked to say a bit more about the processes that led to the subversion of justice, and the erosion of constitutional and human rights protections that have brought us to what we are experiencing now, but I’ve said enough for now. I will write more when the opportunity arises.
We all need to be active and contribute to the fight—their fall is approaching, and it will only take something small to ignite the fire that heralds their demise. They have lasted this long, and they are now full of hubris, and this hubris, this very arrogance, will be their undoing. While that’s true, we cannot wait passively for that to unfold. We must be very active and do everything in our power to hasten their demise—by telling our stories, making connections, and more. Take care and stay strong.
